ÊTREXA products are only available online at and via selected retailers. Just choose the ÊTREXA supplement that’s right for you, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. It’s that simple. We accept PayPal, as well as major credit cards. Detailed product descriptions and ingredients are also available on all our product pages, and you can contact us with any other questions or inquiries. 

All illustrations show our Canadian products. Due to the differences in labeling requirements, the packaging layout of the product you receive may appear not exactly as shown on this website.

We are committed to helping you keep your shopping experience safe. In accordance with the highest online security standards, all transactions are secure and encrypted. Credit card information is never stored. 


Product Shipping

We strive to ship out all orders from our warehouse within two business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on the weekend are typically shipped on Monday. "Business Days" shall mean any day that is not a weekend or a legal holiday in Quebec and in Canada.

Our shipping costs are based on Canada Post rates (and/or on those of any private shipping entity we may use from time to time) according to the postal code or postal information entered during the checkout process. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Once your parcel is accepted by Canada Post (and/or another private shipping entity), we have no control over shipping delays that may occur with Canada Post, another entity or its international partners. Therefore, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery and we can not be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Our shipping rates are automatically calculated by the shopping cart based upon Canada Post shipping rates according to combined product weight and destination, for the delivery option you choose. Your order total and shipping rate will be clearly displayed on the check out page.


Return & Refund Policy

All orders can be returned and refunded, subject to the following conditions:
- The item remains unopened upon arriving at our warehouse.
- The item arrives back at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.
- The customer bears and fully pays in advance, any shipping costs and charges involved in returning the item to our warehouse.
- Return shipping must have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed.

A 5.75 CAD handling fee will be applied against the amount being refunded. Should any returned item be deemed to have been opened completely or in part, or arrive at our warehouse more than 30 days after purchase, no refund will be issued. All accepted refunds will be made via the same payment method(s) used at the time of purchase.
